Gourmeats is Hawkes Bay’s newest food service company. The company was started in 2014 by David Thompson who has many years of experience in the meat and hospitality industry in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Joined by Mark Coleman, an experienced butcher in food service, Gourmeats focus on providing quality meat products and exceptional service was recognised in winning the 2015 Hawkes Bay Hospitality Award for “Outstanding Supplier/Sales Rep”.
Gourmeats specialises in sourcing quality chef-ready products for the hospitality industry and has established relationships with selected suppliers to provide Gourmeats with an extensive and quality focussed range of product.
